This n8n workflow captures new submissions from an n8n Form, immediately replies to the lead via Twilio SMS (or Gmail email when no phone is provided), notifies your sales rep by SMS, and records every submission in Google Sheets with the received timestamp and first contact method.

What this workflow does

• Receives inbound lead data from an n8n Form (name, email, phone, and request details).
• Loads configurable values such as your business name, Twilio sending number, rep phone number, and the SMS reply text.
• Detects the lead’s first contact method by checking whether a phone number is included.
• If a phone number exists: sends the lead an automated confirmation SMS via Twilio and texts the sales rep with the lead details via Twilio.
• If no phone number exists: sends the lead a confirmation email via Gmail.
• Logs every submission to Google Sheets, appending lead details, whether the first touch was SMS or email, and the timestamp the lead was received.
