Validate Sales CSVs, decide approvals, and export a complete review ZIP in n8n

This n8n workflow accepts a UTF-8 sales CSV through an authenticated n8n Form, validates and audits orders (including duplicates and conflicts against prior releases), then produces a review ZIP and an approval/rejection trail—exporting everything you need for safe, traceable manual import.

What this workflow does

• Authenticated intake: Receive a sales CSV and a unique batch ID via an authenticated n8n Form. Only configured users can submit or review batches.
• CSV validation & de-duplication: Validate required headers, calendar dates, amounts, and currency precision. Preserve additional columns, keep one copy of identical rows, and hold conflicting duplicate order groups.
• Release registry comparison: Compare eligible orders with a previously released “release registry” stored in an n8n Data Table. Exclude identical previously released orders and hold historical conflicts.
• Immutable review snapshot: Save an exact review snapshot (including a hash, source-record references, issue details, and separate totals per currency) and return a `draft` review ZIP.
• Approve or reject through a second form: A second authenticated n8n Form downloads the exact saved review using the required hash, then approves accepted rows or rejects the batch with explicit confirmation.
• Conditional commit & audit outputs: Commit the decision receipt and released orders through a conditional registry update. Repeated identical decisions do not re-release orders. Stale reviews and competing updates are blocked.
• Exported files: Provide report.json, issues.csv, audit.json, and either draft-sales.csv or released-sales.csv.
