Keep your accounting team ahead of risk: this n8n workflow runs daily to pull recent freee expense deals, asks Google Gemini for a short Japanese anomaly review, logs everything into kintone, archives a JSON summary to Google Drive, and notifies your team in Chatwork.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: executes every day at 9:00.
• Fetches expense deals from freee: retrieves up to 50 expense deals for the previous day (on Monday, it pulls from the last three days).
• AI review with Gemini: sends the first returned deal’s date, amount, and account item ID to Gemini and generates a short Japanese review comment (unusual-flagging based on the AI output).
• Records results in kintone: creates a kintone record containing the deal details and the Gemini comment.
• Archives JSON to Google Drive: uploads a JSON file with the same summary into your specified Drive folder.
• Notifies via Chatwork: posts a message to your accounting room with the deal details and AI comment.

• Config requirements: set freee company ID, kintone subdomain/app ID, Gemini model, Google Drive folder ID, and Chatwork room ID. Ensure your kintone field codes match: 発行日, 金額, 取引ID, AI所見コメント, 勘定科目ID (or edit the request body accordingly).
