This n8n workflow turns GDPR Article 30 submissions into a structured register: it collects processing-activity details via an n8n Form, checks completeness against an editable checklist in n8n Data Tables, uses Groq to flag additional quoted issues, stores results, and posts non-complete items (plus a weekly digest) to Discord.

What this workflow does

• One-time setup: creates three n8n Data Tables—ropa_checklist, ropa_register, and ropa_findings—and upserts a GDPR Article 30 checklist.
• Ingest Article 30 activity data: receives each new processing-activity submission from an n8n Form.
• Rule-based validation: loads the checklist from ropa_checklist, calculates a completeness score, assigns a status (COMPLETE / REVIEW / INCOMPLETE), and generates a human-readable report.
• Groq-assisted review: sends the submission plus the checklist to Groq to propose additional review points—requiring verbatim quotes from the submission—then validates and merges accepted points into the final status.
• Store register + findings: writes the activity and report to ropa_register, and each checklist/model finding to ropa_findings.
• Discord actions: if not COMPLETE, posts the report and shows a “points to fix” completion page; if COMPLETE, shows a “recorded” completion page.
• Weekly digest: runs every Monday morning to summarize open items from ropa_register and posts to Discord when there are items (and can be configured to post even if quiet).
