What this workflow does

• Triggers every minute when a new unread email arrives in Gmail under the label Label_ENRICHED_LEADS.
• Extracts lead details (name, email address, company, title, and message context) from the email headers/content.
• Generates outreach content using OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini): a JSON-formatted subject line, initial outreach email body, and a short follow-up message.
• Validates and parses AI output into structured fields ready for sending.
• Sends the initial email via Gmail to the extracted lead address.
• Waits 3 days, then sends a follow-up email via Gmail with a “Re:” subject line.
• Logs activity to Google Sheets, appending a row with lead details, generated subject(s), timestamps, and outreach status.
