What this workflow does

• Conflict register screening (auditable): reads a conflict register from Google Sheets and runs a name-matching conflict check in code. If any match is found, it:
  • posts a Slack hold alert
  • logs the intake to Google Sheets
• Limitation/expiry screening: checks the extracted key date against matter-type limitation rules in code. If the deadline appears expired, it:
  • posts a Slack attorney-review alert
  • logs the intake
  • does not reply
• Checklist-driven triage brief: for non-expired matters, Claude pulls the relevant intake checklist from Google Sheets and generates a structured staff-only brief (summary, key facts, missing information, call questions, reviewer, priority).
• Advice-line flagging + workflow actions: flags advice-like lines in the generated brief, posts the formatted brief to Slack, and replies to the original Gmail thread with a fixed acknowledgement for real emails only.
• Complete logging: appends a row to an Intake log sheet in Google Sheets for every enquiry.
