What this workflow does

• Monitors new Gmail emails every minute (excluding messages from you), then fetches the full thread and loads the latest message for context.
• Matches your label taxonomy by retrieving all Gmail labels, filtering to user-created labels, and passing label IDs to the LLM so classification stays aligned with your inbox.
• Uses OpenRouter to generate structured output (JSON) including a summary, priority, selected Gmail label IDs, and flags for whether to reply, whether it’s urgent, and how to handle attachments.
• Drafts replies in your style when flagged—generating a business-casual response and saving it as a Gmail draft on the original thread.
• Uploads attachments to Google Drive when files are present: splits each attachment into its own item, checks Drive to avoid duplicates, and uploads only missing files to the target folder.
• Sends Telegram alerts for urgent emails with sender, subject, summary, and a direct Gmail link.
• Applies selected labels to the message and adds the digested label to mark it as processed.
