This n8n workflow watches your Google Forms responses, validates each order against your products list in Google Sheets, sends WhatsApp Business Cloud confirmations for valid orders, and emails you a daily summary via Gmail—all automatically.

What this workflow does

• Triggers automatically when a new row is added to the “Form Responses 1” tab, and also runs on a schedule at 20:00 for the daily summary.
• Loads configuration values (including Google Sheets URL, WhatsApp phone number ID, currency, limits, and the owner email) used by both the order handling and summary paths.
• Validates each order by reading the products tab and checking fields like name, phone, product, quantity, stock, and price.
• Classifies orders as confirmed, needs_review, or invalid.
• Sends WhatsApp template messages to customers for confirmed orders using WhatsApp Business Cloud.
• Notifies you by email via Gmail if an order needs review, is invalid, or if the WhatsApp send fails.
• Logs every processed order to the orders tab in Google Sheets, including status, totals, and notes.
• Emails a daily report at 20:00 by calculating confirmed revenue and listing exceptions from today’s entries in the orders tab.
