This n8n Google Review Request Workflow sends review requests by Twilio SMS, monitors new Google reviews, drafts reply text with OpenAI, and posts only human-approved responses back to your Google Business Profile. Built for local service businesses (and agencies managing them), it runs on a schedule so review requests never get missed.

What this workflow does

• Review requests (daily at 6 PM): Pulls today’s completed jobs from Google Sheets, filters for customers with a mobile number who haven’t been asked in 90 days, then texts your Google review link via Twilio.
• Gentle reminder: Waits 5 days; if no review appears, sends one reminder.
• Review monitoring (every 6 hours): Polls for new Google reviews, drafts a 2–3 sentence reply for each using OpenAI.
• Human approval loop: Appends each draft to the PendingReplies tab in Google Sheets and emails the draft to the owner via Gmail.
• Post approved replies (every morning at 9 AM): Reads PendingReplies, posts only rows marked Approved to the Google Business Profile API, then logs each posted reply in ReviewLog.
• No blind posting: Nothing posts without explicit approval.
