With this n8n Google Sheets to Shotstack Video Ads Automation workflow, you can take a spreadsheet of products, merge each row’s title, price, and image URL into a saved Shotstack template, render a video ad per product, and write the finished video URL back into your sheet—so you design once and produce hundreds.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a weekly schedule to keep your product ads up to date.
• Reads product rows from Google Sheets and processes them one at a time, creating a dedicated render per product.
• Skips rows that already contain a video URL, preventing duplicate renders.
• Merges row data into a Shotstack template using placeholders: {{ HEADLINE }} (title), {{ PRICE }} (price), and {{ PRODUCT_IMAGE }} (image_url).
• Requests render status every 10 seconds until the Shotstack render is complete.
• Writes the resulting video URL back to Google Sheets beside the corresponding product row.
• Stops and reports failures with Shotstack’s own reason if a render fails.
