What this workflow does

• Receives a POST webhook containing client/advisor details, risk tolerance on file, and the raw meeting notes.
• Normalizes incoming fields and applies safe defaults when values are missing.
• Generates a structured summary using OpenAI GPT-4o, including:
  • Compliance risk classification: high / medium / low
  • Flagged issues
  • Recommended follow-up
  • Output in a strict JSON structure
• Appends results to Google Sheets in the “Portfolio Reviews” compliance tracker for auditing (structured summary, risk level, and flags).
• Routes by risk level:
  • High-risk: sends a compliance-review alert via Gmail and posts to Telegram.
  • Medium-risk: emails the advisor a logged summary via Gmail.
  • Low-risk: no high-priority compliance notifications (still logged to Sheets).
