This n8n workflow powers a simple, effective sales support chatbot for your webshop. It answers customer requests like product availability, reads product data from Google Sheets, places orders, and then updates stock—all driven through one Google Sheet.

What this workflow does

The chatbot listens to incoming user requests and handles the customer journey end-to-end:

• Fetch product information from your Google Sheet (e.g., availability and details).
• Answer customer queries using a conversational chat trigger and an AI language model.
• Place an order by writing the order data into the same Google Sheet.
• Update stock after a successful purchase, keeping inventory accurate using the same sheet for both stock tracking and order management.

Everything runs through a single Google Sheet used for both stock tracking and order management, so setup stays straightforward.
