What this workflow does

• Sends a WhatsApp message to the reception number via WhatsApp Business Cloud using a template named new_booking_enquiry (or your updated template name/language).
• Sends a confirmation email to the guest through Gmail when the enquiry status is New; otherwise, it skips the auto-reply.
