This n8n workflow automatically pulls your HR datasets from Google Sheets, calculates rule-based attrition risk, enriches results with an OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) risk assessment, logs everything back to Google Sheets, and sends high-risk Telegram alerts plus a weekly HTML digest email via Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Runs weekly on a schedule trigger.
• Reads and merges HR data from Google Sheets tabs: Employees_Master, Attendance, Engagement_Survey, Performance_Reviews, and OneOnO into a single employee profile.
• Computes a rule-based flight/attrition risk score using rule logic and factors.
• Builds an anonymized payload and sends it to OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) for a structured JSON risk assessment.
• Parses the JSON response; if parsing fails, it falls back to rule-only scoring and notifies an admin via Telegram.
• Creates a composite risk score and risk level by combining rule-based and LLM results.
• Acts on outcomes by sending a Telegram alert and appending flagged employees to Google Sheets Risk_Dashboard (standard outcomes are also logged).
• Sends a weekly HTML digest by reading today’s Risk_Dashboard entries and emailing the HR team through Gmail.
• Fails safely: if any node errors, an execution alert is posted to Slack.
