Imprify API imprint lead enrichment directly in your Google Sheets (Manual n8n workflow)

This n8n workflow lets you take website URLs from Google Sheets, look up the corresponding company imprint/contact details using the Imprify EU Impressum Lead Data API on RapidAPI, and write the enriched fields back into the same spreadsheet—manually triggered, row by row.

What this workflow does

• Manual trigger: You start the automation by manually executing the workflow in n8n.
• Read URLs from Google Sheets: The workflow pulls rows from your selected worksheet and uses the “Website URL” column as the input.
• Call the Imprify API (RapidAPI): For each URL, it sends an HTTP request to the Imprify EU Impressum Lead Data API to extract imprint and contact information.
• Update the matching row: It matches the returned results to the correct record by “Website URL” and updates the row with extracted fields such as company name, address, email, phone, and register IDs (and any destination columns you’ve set up, e.g., USt-ID or HRB).

Use cases

• Enrich a lead list in Google Sheets by pulling legal imprint data from company websites.
• Populate missing compliance fields (e.g., imprint email, phone, and register identifiers) for SaaS sales ops or procurement teams.

Technical details

• n8n nodes / integrations: Manual Trigger, Google Sheets, HTTP Request.
• API: Imprify EU Impressum Lead Data API on RapidAPI (host header: imprify-eu-impressum-lead-data-api.p.rapidapi.com).
• Setup: Connect Google Sheets OAuth2, select the spreadsheet/worksheet, ensure a “Website URL” column exists, and replace YOUR_RAPIDAPI_KEY in the HTTP request headers.
