This n8n workflow pulls Jira worklogs for a selected project and date range, calculates per-person utilization and estimated billing totals, and writes both the detailed worklog list and a monthly summary into Google Sheets. What this workflow does

• Manually starts from n8n when you run it.
• Uses Jira Project Tasks to fetch tasks from a specified Jira project within your configured start and end dates.
• Generates a worklog report from the returned issues and outputs individual worklog entries.
• Aggregates worklogs by person to calculate:
  • Total hours and issue counts
  • Utilization percentage using a standard monthly capacity
  • Estimated cost using per-person hourly billing rates (including a DEFAULT rate)
• Appends raw worklogs to the “List” tab in Google Sheets.
• Appends or updates monthly per-person summary rows in the “Summary” tab, matched by Month and Person.
