What this workflow does

• Scans daily (and quarterly coverage): Every morning, it reads your champions from Google Sheets and checks Gmail for bounced emails and “no longer with the company” auto-replies.
• Monthly sweep for scale: A monthly process also checks about one third of the list, so everyone is reviewed about once per quarter.
• Verifies in Apollo (within your credit budget): For each signal, the workflow looks up the person in Apollo using a monthly credit budget you set, with a Slack warning at 80%. Results are reused for 14 days, and it never requests phone numbers.
• AI confirms or flags for follow-up: An AI agent evaluates evidence and outputs one of: confirmed move, [VERIFY] (signal but no new role yet), or no change. A confirmed move must match what Apollo returns—so email text can’t “trick” the confirmation. It also writes a short draft opener.
• Scores and routes the opportunity: Confirmed moves are scored using role, personas, seniority, account status (customer/open deal/lost deal), ICP fit, and recency of start.
• Slack alert with evidence + drafting help: Each move posts to Slack, @mentions the account owner, cc’s the champion’s old rep, and includes evidence, score, new work email, and the draft opener. Missing emails can be filled by Hunter.
• Weekly cadence and rechecks: Every other Monday, a digest of confirmed moves and open [VERIFY] cases is sent to Slack. [VERIFY] cases are automatically rechecked every 30 days.
