This n8n Job Offer Workflow collects proposed job offer details via an n8n form, finds the candidate in Google Sheets, sends the offer letter through Gmail, and then captures the candidate’s acceptance or rejection to update statuses back in Sheets and notify HR.

What this workflow does

• Receives an offer request through an n8n form containing Candidate ID and the proposed offer details.
• Looks up the candidate in Google Sheets by Candidate ID.
• If the candidate is not found, it emails HR via Gmail so the team can investigate.
• Marks the offer as pending in the candidate’s Google Sheets row and combines the candidate record with the submitted offer details.
• Sends the offer email to the candidate using Gmail, including a link to a second n8n form for submitting their response.
• Records that the offer was sent in Google Sheets.
• Receives the candidate’s response via the second n8n form, then updates Google Sheets:
  • Accepted → moves the candidate to Onboarding
  • Rejected → moves the candidate to Closed
• Notifies HR via Gmail with the outcome.
