n8n La Growth Machine Webhook Lead Enrichment (FULL_ENRICH) lets you send a La Growth Machine leadId (or basic profile details) to an HTTP POST endpoint, triggers FULL_ENRICH in synchronous mode, and returns the complete enrichment payload directly in the webhook response.

What this workflow does

• Receives an HTTP POST request at the workflow’s production webhook URL.
• Accepts a JSON body that includes a La Growth Machine leadId (for example: { "leadId": "<24-char lead id>" }) or can also include profile fields such as firstname, lastname, and company name.
• Calls La Growth Machine to run FULL_ENRICH for that lead, using synchronous enrichment.
• Returns the result to the caller as the webhook response (so your system gets enrichment data immediately).
