n8n Lead Classifier: DeepSeek + Gmail Approval to Google Sheets

Automatically classify incoming leads with DeepSeek, get Gmail approval, and push approved records to Google Sheets

Turn raw form submissions into structured lead data using an n8n workflow that routes by selected_service, extracts fields with DeepSeek (OpenAI-compatible), and sends a Gmail approval email before appending approved leads to Google Sheets. If the LLM call fails, the workflow notifies you via Gmail—so nothing silently breaks.

What this workflow does

• Receives leads via a webhook: Accepts a POST request to /webhook/lead-intake containing selected_service and raw_client_input.
• Routes by service: Uses the selected_service field to route the lead to the correct service line.
• Extracts structured lead fields with DeepSeek: Calls the DeepSeek chat completions API to transform raw text into JSON fields such as company_name, state, and owner. If the request fails, it sends a Gmail alert to keep you informed.
• Formats data for approval: Parses the LLM response and prepares the structured lead details for human review.
• Requests one-click approval via Gmail: Sends an approval email with an approval link back to n8n.
• On approval, writes to Google Sheets: When the approval link is clicked, the workflow receives the approval webhook request, appends the approved lead to a Google Sheets fulfillment queue, and returns an HTML confirmation page.
