n8n Lead Prioritization Workflow + Export CSV Reports (Code) manually validates your lead records, assigns a budget/deadline-based priority (high/normal/review), and generates both structured JSON results and a downloadable CSV with suggested next actions and draft email reply text.

What this workflow does

• Runs on-demand: execute it manually inside your n8n instance (no external triggers).
• Loads context from Configuration: reads the reference date (asOf), output language (French or English), and minimumBudgetCents.
• Ingests lead records (ID, name, email, service, budget, requested date) plus an optional list of previously processed keys.
• Validates & deduplicates: checks each record, then deduplicates using idempotency keys to avoid re-processing.
• Assigns priority: determines high/normal/review based on the minimum budget threshold and how soon the requested date is.
• Outputs results:
  • A JSON summary of prioritized leads
  • A CSV export including next-action guidance and email subject/body drafts

How to get started: import the workflow into n8n, update asOf, locale fr/en, and minimumBudgetCents, then replace the sample lead records in the Input records step (date format: YYYY-MM-DD). For cross-run deduplication, paste returned nextProcessedKeys into processedKeys on the next execution.
