Automatically qualify new leads with Claude, prevent duplicate follow-ups, and (optionally) email back via Gmail

This n8n Lead Qualification: Claude + Gmail + Airtable Workflow captures incoming leads from an n8n Form (and can optionally react to new Gmail messages), checks Airtable for recently replied duplicates, then uses Anthropic Claude to score, categorize, and summarize each lead—sending a personalized follow-up email through Gmail when the score meets your threshold.

What this workflow does

• Receives new lead data from an n8n Form submission, or optionally triggers when a new Gmail message arrives.
• Normalizes lead fields (name, email, phone, message) and enriches the context with business context like business name, sender name, and a booking link.
• Prevents duplicate outreach by searching Airtable for a recently replied lead with the same email.
• Qualifies the lead with Claude by sending lead details to Anthropic Claude to generate:
  • a qualification score
  • a hot/warm/cold category
  • a short summary
• Follows up when qualified: if the score meets the configured threshold, Claude drafts a personalized reply and the workflow sends it via Gmail.
• Logs results in Airtable:
  • replied leads with qualification details, timestamp, and email subject
  • lower-scoring leads with a “manual review” status
