This n8n workflow receives inbound lead enquiries via a webhook, uses a GPT-4o agent to enrich and score them against your ideal customer profile, then automatically routes them to Gmail, Google Sheets, or a polite decline email—so only the best-fit leads reach your inbox.

What this workflow does

• Receives lead data through a POST webhook on /lead.
• Applies your routing rules by attaching your ideal customer profile and fit/decline criteria to the incoming enquiry.
• Enriches and scores the lead using an OpenAI GPT-4o orchestrator agent that calls two required sub-workflows:
  • enrich_lead (enrichment sub-workflow)
  • score_lead (scoring sub-workflow)
• Generates a 1–10 fit score and an urgency signal.
• Routes outcomes automatically:
  • High-scoring or urgent leads → Gmail with a summarized brief and contact details.
  • Mid-scoring leads → Google Sheets nurture list (enquiry details, score, status).
  • Low-scoring / out-of-scope leads → polite decline email via Gmail.
