This n8n workflow reads your leads from Google Sheets, analyzes each target’s website with OpenAI to produce a 0–100 fit score, and then drafts or sends personalized first-contact and follow-up emails through Gmail—while writing scores, evidence, and send results back to the same sheet.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily on a schedule: Loads configuration values such as the Google Sheet, scoring thresholds, limits, email copy, and dry-run mode.
• Reads and cleans lead rows: Normalizes emails, suppresses opt-outs and duplicates, and routes each row to either initial outreach or follow-up eligibility checks.
• Research + scoring with OpenAI: For new leads, fetches the company website via HTTP, extracts usable text, and sends it to OpenAI to generate a grounded company analysis with a 0–100 fit score.
• Updates Google Sheets: Writes company analysis, evidence quotes, score breakdown, and a QUALIFIED / UNQUALIFIED (or error) status.
• Personalized outreach via Gmail: For qualified new leads, uses OpenAI to draft a first-contact email, validates it, and then either saves an OUTREACH_PREVIEW (dry run) or reserves the row and sends the email via Gmail.
• Tracks sends + follow-ups: Records Gmail message/thread IDs, timestamps, and follow-up due dates in Google Sheets. If outcomes are uncertain, it flags SEND_REVIEW.
• Follow-up automation: When contacted leads are due, reads the original Gmail thread to detect replies, drafts a single follow-up with OpenAI if no reply is found, and either saves a FOLLOWUP_PREVIEW (dry run) or sends via Gmail.
