This n8n Lead Qualification Workflow receives inbound enquiries via a webhook, uses an OpenAI GPT-4o agent to enrich and score each lead against your ideal customer profile, then responds automatically—emailing urgent prospects, nurturing mid-fit leads in Google Sheets, and sending declines when they’re not a match.

What this workflow does

• Receives lead enquiries through a POST webhook endpoint at /lead.
• Applies your qualification rules by attaching your ideal customer profile and scoring/urgency criteria to the incoming lead data.
• Enriches and scores with GPT-4o using an orchestrator agent that calls two referenced sub-workflows: enrich_lead and score_lead.
• Routes leads by score & category:
  • Urgent or score 7+: sends an email to the business owner via Gmail.
  • Mid-fit (score 4–6): appends the lead to a nurture list in Google Sheets.
  • Score 3 or below or a defined decline category: sends a polite decline email via Gmail.
