This n8n workflow accepts leads from your form via a webhook, uses OpenAI GPT-4o-mini to score intent and draft responses, then routes Hot leads to Gmail + Telegram alerts while logging everything in Google Sheets—including a weekly Monday Telegram digest.

What this workflow does

• Receives leads via webhook: Accepts a POST request from your form, normalizes the incoming fields (e.g., name, email, message) and immediately returns a JSON acknowledgment.
• Filters spam and invalid submissions: Discards empty submissions and likely spam using email validation, disposable-domain checks, a honeypot field, and a required message rule.
• AI lead scoring + reply drafting (GPT-4o-mini): Sends cleaned lead data to GPT-4o-mini to score budget, authority, need, and timeline against a structured JSON schema. The workflow also generates a summary, reasons, language code, and a suggested reply.
• Calculates a transparent 0–100 score: Combines AI sub-scores, then adds bonus points for a business email domain and a provided phone number.
• Routes by tier: Hot (≥70), Warm (40–69), Cold (<40). Every lead is logged to Google Sheets (“Leads” tab) with tier, score, summary, reasons, and next steps.
• Auto follow-up with Gmail and Telegram: Hot leads trigger a Gmail alert + Telegram message and create a Gmail draft reply to the lead. Warm leads create only the Gmail draft reply.
• Error handling: If AI scoring fails, tier is set to Review, the lead is appended to Google Sheets, and a Telegram alert includes error details.
• Weekly digest: Every Monday at 9:00, it reads recent leads (last 7 days) and sends a Telegram digest from the sheet.
