This n8n Lead Scoring Workflow automatically evaluates new n8n Form submissions using OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini), assigns a 1–10 lead score with brief reasoning, posts hot leads (score ≥ 7) to Slack, and logs all scored leads to Google Sheets for tracking.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on new form submissions from an n8n Form.
• Sends submitted details to OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) to generate:
  • a numeric lead score from 1 to 10
  • brief reasoning for that score
• Extracts and structures the output so the lead record includes the score and reasoning.
• Checks the threshold: if the score is 7 or higher, it treats the lead as “hot.”
• Posts a formatted hot-lead alert to Slack (configured to your selected channel).
• Appends every lead to Google Sheets, including the lead details, the score, and the reasoning.
