• Appends results to Google Sheets with columns such as NAME, EMAIL, COMPANY, PHONE, SOURCE, MESSAGE, SCORE, STATUS, SUMMARY, NEXT_ACTION, CREATED_AT.
• Sends a Telegram message only for HOT leads (skips notification for WARM/COLD).
• Returns a JSON response to the original webhook request with score, status, summary, and next action.
