This n8n workflow runs daily to pull people from a LinkedIn search, send invitations, then automatically deliver an opening message and follow-ups via the Nilyo API. It also stops messaging when a recipient replies and spaces messages over time—so your outreach stays controlled and intentional.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily (or on-demand for testing): loads settings such as the LinkedIn search source, invitation caps, message templates, delays, and a dry-run mode.
• Manages invitation sending with Nilyo: lists already-sent LinkedIn invitations, pulls LinkedIn search results (via URL, saved search, or JSON parameters), and filters out duplicates, first-degree/self connections, and profiles with pending invitations.
• Caps daily activity and pacing: limits invites to the configured daily limit and can send invitations one at a time with a configurable pause.
• Handles LinkedIn rate/quota constraints: interprets invitation outcomes via Nilyo; if rate limits or quota errors occur, it stops the day’s run for safety.
• Executes reply-aware follow-up messaging: lists recent LinkedIn connections, keeps only those accepted within the configured sequence window, and reads the LinkedIn conversation via Nilyo.
• Stops sequences on replies: if the contact has replied, the workflow stops the sequence; otherwise it sends the correct opening or follow-up based on what was previously sent and the required days-between-messages delay.
• Sends messages only when not in dry-run: continues person-by-person until the workflow completes.
