This n8n workflow automatically captures LinkedIn post topics from new unread Gmail messages, logs them into Google Sheets, and then—using Google Gemini—generates and publishes a formatted post to your LinkedIn organization page. It also cleans up your sheet daily and sends Gmail notifications when topics are processed and when posts are published.

What this workflow does

• Minute-by-minute ingestion: Triggers every minute on new unread Gmail messages that match your configured search query.
• Topic extraction + sheet logging: Extracts comma-separated topics from the email text, normalizes them, finds the next blank rows in Google Sheets, writes the topics, and sends a formatted confirmation summary via Gmail.
• Daily cleanup: Runs on a schedule to load all Google Sheets rows and deletes invalid/empty rows while keeping sheet metadata consistent.
• Refinement tracking: Filters topics where REFINED is not TRUE, then marks those rows as refined in Google Sheets.
• AI post generation + publishing: Retrieves the first Sheets row where POSTED? is “No” and REFINED is true. If no eligible topics exist, it stops with a Gmail alert. Otherwise, it uses Google Gemini (via an AI agent prompt) to generate a formatted LinkedIn post and publishes it to the configured LinkedIn organization page.
• Status update + notification: Updates the same row with POSTED?=Yes plus the current date/time, then sends a Gmail notification confirming the post was published.
