This n8n workflow takes a meeting recording upload, transcribes it with OpenAI Whisper, extracts decisions and deadlines with Anthropic Claude, syncs updates to HubSpot, drafts follow-up emails in Gmail, saves notes to Google Docs, and posts summaries (plus alerts) to Slack.

What this workflow does

• Receives a recording via a webhook endpoint (POST /meeting-upload) as binary audio.
• Transcribes with OpenAI Whisper to produce a full meeting transcript.
• Analyzes with Anthropic Claude to extract attendees, topics, decisions, action items, sentiment, and relationship signals—then reformats action items with deadlines and priority.
• Updates HubSpot: searches for contacts by attendee email, updates meeting summary/next steps on the contact, and creates HubSpot tasks for each action item.
• Computes meeting insights (meeting metrics and a meeting score) and routes by sentiment (e.g., deeper sentiment analysis for negative signals or deal creation for positive signals).
• Drafts follow-ups per attendee using Claude and generates Gmail drafts for each recipient.
• Documents and communicates: saves notes to Google Docs and posts a meeting summary to Slack, including an extra Slack alert for high-priority action items.
