What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 10:00 and reads rows from Google Sheets where status is set to ready.
• Processes only the first available idea, immediately updating the row status to generating to prevent duplicate runs.
• Uses MiniMax (text) to convert the idea + style into a JSON plan that includes a video prompt, caption idea, and a YouTube Shorts title.
• Uses MiniMax Hailuo (text-to-video) to render a 9:16 video for about 6 seconds, then downloads the generated file.
• Publishes to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts via PostWire, applying platform-aware captions and using the YouTube title from the plan.
• Writes publishing links back to Google Sheets and marks the row as posted; if anything fails (render or publish), it records error details and sends a fix request email via Gmail.
