What this workflow does

• Intake via webhook: Accepts an ops request, normalizes it into a run ID, timestamps, requester details, request text, and destination.
• Validation & escalation: If request text is missing, the workflow rejects the request and emails the ops inbox via Gmail with the intake issue details.
• Jev-based classification: Sends usable requests to Jev (TypeSafe) to route them into:
  • Vendor invoice
  • Production incident
  • User/content report
  • External data share
  • Unclear/needs-review (based on a confidence threshold)
• Invoice handling: For vendor invoices, Jev extracts required invoice fields; the workflow gates readiness, logs outcomes to Google Sheets (“Invoice Intake”), and notifies AP via Gmail or Telegram.
• Incident handling: For production incidents, Jev scores severity (SEV1–SEV4); the workflow logs to Google Sheets (“Jev Console”) and pages the on-call engineer via Telegram.
• Privacy-aware routing: For reports and external data shares, Jev checks for personal data; decisions are logged to Google Sheets, and reviewers are alerted via Telegram or approvers receive Gmail acknowledgements/approvals.
• Weekly summary: Every Monday at 09:00, it reads the “Jev Console” sheet, summarizes runs by route, and generates the weekly view using OpenAI.
