What this workflow does

• Intake via webhook: Accepts POST requests and normalizes fields such as run ID, requester, request text, and destination.
• Validation + immediate escalation: If request text is missing, the workflow rejects the request and emails operations via Gmail.
• Route with Jev (TypeSafe): Sends usable requests to Jev to classify and evaluate into routes like vendor invoice, production incident, user/content report, external data share, or needs review.
• Vendor invoices: Jev extracts required invoice fields; results are logged to the Google Sheets “Invoice Intake” tab. If completeness passes, AP is emailed; if not, Telegram is used to chase missing details.
• Production incidents: Jev scores severity; the workflow appends scored incidents to Google Sheets “Jev Console” and pages the on-call engineer via Telegram.
• User/content + external data shares: Jev checks for personal data; the decision is logged to Google Sheets, followed by acknowledgment/approval via Gmail or escalation via Telegram when the privacy gate triggers.
• Weekly summary: Every Monday at 09:00, it reads Jev Console, summarizes runs by route, drafts a short report with OpenAI, and emails it to ops.
