n8n Pinterest Pin Auto-Post: Google Sheets + OpenAI + PinBridge

Auto-publish Pinterest pins from your Google Sheets—powered by OpenAI, PinBridge, and Telegram

This n8n workflow turns a Google Sheets topic calendar into a daily Pinterest posting engine: it selects the next row, uses OpenAI to generate Pinterest-ready copy (and an optional 2:3 vertical image), posts via PinBridge, and notifies you in Telegram—with optional webhook confirmation when the pin goes live.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 8:00 AM (or you can trigger it manually for testing).
• Loads configuration including your Google Sheets URL, PinBridge account details, default board IDs, and your Telegram chat ID.
• Reads your topic list from Google Sheets and selects the next unpublished row with the earliest planned_date (or publishes immediately if planned_date is empty).
• Uses OpenAI to generate Pinterest assets: title, description, alt text, and an image brief for the selected topic.
• Creates or reuses a pin image: downloads the image_url from the sheet if provided, otherwise uses OpenAI image generation to create a vertical 1024×1536 pin image (2:3).
• Uploads to PinBridge and publishes/schedules the pin immediately or schedules it for the planned date.
• Writes results back to Google Sheets, including publish/schedule IDs, publish time, and the generated copy.
• Notifies via Telegram whether the pin was published or scheduled.
• Optional PinBridge webhook support: verifies the HMAC signature, looks up the pin, updates Google Sheets with confirmed_at and the Pinterest URL, and sends a second Telegram message.
