n8n Price Tracker that watches product pages and pings you on Telegram when prices change

Set up an hourly n8n workflow that scrapes product prices from your favorite web pages using HTTP + CSS selectors, compares them to previously stored values, and sends a Telegram alert the moment a price changes (or only when it drops).

What this workflow does

• Runs every hour via an n8n schedule trigger.
• Loads your product list (product name, URL, and the CSS selector that targets the price on the page), plus your Telegram alert preferences like chat ID and onlyDrops.
• Scrapes each product page using the HTTP request node, then extracts the price text from the returned HTML using your provided CSS selector.
• Parses and compares prices: converts the extracted price into a number, checks it against the last stored value in workflow static data, and filters out non-changes.
• Sends Telegram notifications with a formatted message including the old price, new price, percentage change, and a direct link to the product page.
