What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: executes every Monday at 8:00 AM.
• Reads procurement data from your Google Sheets transactions tab (e.g., Category, Supplier, Item Description, Quantity, Unit Price, Total Spend, Contract Price, Preferred Supplier).
