What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 07:00 via a schedule trigger.
• Processes multi-location notes: loads a batch of raw inspection notes, then splits them into one record per location.
• Applies OpenAI extraction: the Information Extractor classifies each location’s note into a violation category, severity, code section, and a recommended corrective action.
• Computes corrective deadlines by severity:
  • Critical → 10 days
  • Major → 30 days
  • Minor → 90 days
• Logs compliance data by appending each location’s detailed result to the Google Sheets “Compliance Log” tab.
• Creates a regional rollup: aggregates processed locations into a regional risk score and an escalation flag, then appends a daily summary row to “Compliance Summary”.
• Sends Gmail notifications:
  • An escalation alert email if thresholds are exceeded
  • A consolidated daily digest with per-location deadlines (regardless of escalation)
