This n8n workflow automatically starts real estate lead nurture cycles when meaningful signals appear (new matching listings, rate changes near budget, anniversaries, and calendar gaps). It uses Anthropic Claude to draft a short, specific message in your voice for each long-term lead in Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or HubSpot—then sends via Gmail only after your approval.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule to begin a lead-nurture cycle based on new signals and your configured rules.
• Matches leads to the right trigger, such as a listing fit, a rate change close to their budget edge, or a personal date.
• Applies guardrails to exclude leads who were contacted recently, unsubscribed, are in an active conversation, or are already in an active CRM stage.
• Drafts messages with Anthropic Claude using the provided lead context (optionally including a subject).
• Flags low-confidence or policy-sensitive drafts for human review; otherwise routes for approval via Slack.
• Sends approved emails through Gmail using the generated subject and draft content.
• Monitors incoming Gmail replies and appends a reporting row to Google Sheets.
