What this workflow does

• Runs on schedule (weekly at 7:00) or on manual execution, loading your monitoring settings (location, price range, and which portals are enabled).
• Scrapes new listings from each enabled portal using BrowserAct workflows and your configured search inputs.
• Deduplicates and normalizes results by URL/address, standardizing fields like price, beds/baths, sqft, days on market, and listing URL.
• Scores every listing with Gemini AI as Hot/Warm/Cold based on signals such as days on market, pricing signals, location, and urgency indicators.
• Sends a formatted daily digest email to Gmail with listings color-coded by score; Hot listings are highlighted for immediate action.
• Triggers instant Slack alerts for Hot listings so you don’t miss urgent opportunities.
