What this workflow does

• Booking intake & validation: Accepts rental booking requests through a POST webhook, normalizes request fields, and rejects incomplete submissions by notifying Discord and emailing the owner via Gmail.
• AI-assisted availability checks: Uses a DeepSeek (OpenAI-compatible) AI agent with a Google Sheets inventory tool to confirm availability for requested dates and generate:
  • a renter message
  • a short staff summary
• Logging & communication: Records each booking to Google Sheets (as confirmed or conflict) in a Bookings tab, then emails the renter and posts the outcome to Discord.
• Daily operational reminders: Runs on a daily schedule to read confirmed bookings and sends pickup reminders for tomorrow and return reminders for today or overdue via Gmail.
• Daily Discord sweep: Posts a daily reminders summary to Discord, or an “all clear” message when no reminders are due.
• Return processing: Accepts return reports via a POST webhook, logs them to ReturnsLog, updates item quantities in Inventory, and alerts for unknown items or damaged/missing condition.
• Weekly reporting digest: Runs weekly to compute booking/return stats from Google Sheets, has DeepSeek draft a plain-text operations digest, then emails it via Gmail and posts it to Discord.
