This n8n workflow pulls the newest posts from your RSS feed and converts each article into a vertical 32-second Short: Claude generates AI images, AI music, a voiceover, and subtitles—cut and timed to the beat—then Shotstack renders and saves the video locally (self-hosted; no external file storage).

What this workflow does

• Downloads the Shotstack guide once, then processes new RSS entries one at a time.
• Reads the article and a plain-English brief with Claude Opus 5.5.
• Claude writes the complete Shotstack edit for a 32-second vertical Short, including:
  • 5 “Nano Banana 2” AI images
  • ElevenLabs music at 120 BPM
  • Voiceover, subtitles, and animated text timed to the beat
• Pre-checks the edit before anything costs money using a Code step:
  • Fixes small issues itself
  • Flags bigger problems back to Claude with the exact error
• Renders with Shotstack in one Shotstack render pass, saving the Short into the article-shorts folder.
• If Shotstack rejects the edit, Claude fixes it up to twice.
