This n8n workflow pulls the newest unused item from your RSS feed every weekday morning, generates a LinkedIn post draft using PostWire, and sends it to you via Gmail for approval. If you approve, it publishes to LinkedIn and logs the result in Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Runs on schedule: Executes at 8:00 AM on weekdays.
• Reads your RSS feed: Fetches items, removes stories already used in previous executions, sorts by date, and keeps the newest story.
• Generates a LinkedIn draft with PostWire: Uses the story title, snippet, and source link—plus your defined voice and angle—to create a draft in PostWire.
• Requests approval via Gmail: Sends you the draft for decision: Post it to approve or Skip to reject.
• Publishes to LinkedIn (PostWire): If approved, it posts through PostWire and checks whether the publish call succeeded.
• Logs every outcome to Google Sheets: Marks stories as published (including the post URL) or failed (including error details). If skipped, it logs as skipped.
• Notifies on failure: When publishing fails, it emails failure details to you via Gmail.
