This n8n workflow reads your RSS feed every morning, uses Anthropic Claude to generate a LinkedIn post, X thread, short-form script, and newsletter draft, then logs everything into your Google Sheets content calendar and saves the newsletter to your Gmail drafts.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: executes daily at 08:00.
• Reads your RSS feed: pulls the latest items and keeps only those published within the last 24 hours.
• Quality controls: skips entries with too little text and limits processing to the newest few items.
• Generates content with Claude: sends each item’s title, URL, publish date, and content to Claude to produce structured outputs:
  • LinkedIn post
  • X thread
  • Short-form script
  • Newsletter subject + body
• Builds one calendar entry: formats the generated assets into a single row with source metadata and a draft status.
• Logs and drafts: appends the row to the Google Sheets “Calendar” tab and creates an HTML newsletter draft in Gmail using the Claude-generated subject/body.

Technical details

• Google Sheets: connect your spreadsheet and ensure columns include: date, source_title, source_url, linkedin_post, x_thread, short_script, newsletter_subject, status.
• Gmail: OAuth connection to create the newsletter draft in Gmail (HTML format).
