• Daily audit (8AM): Runs every day at 8AM and fetches a specific Salesforce Account record.
• Account routing: Switches behavior based on Salesforce fields:
  • Platinum-tier accounts are treated as “Neglected VIP”.
  • Accounts with “Alert” in the Account Description are treated as “Over-Saturated”.
• Neglected VIP “rescue” path:
  • Uses Groq to generate a rescue strategy.
  • Creates a high-priority Salesforce Task for the account.
  • Sends the rescue strategy to Slack.
• 24-hour verification: Waits 24 hours, re-fetches the created Task, and checks whether its Status is Completed.
