What this workflow does

• Logs to Google Sheets: Appends each analyzed entry to a specified worksheet (for example, Sheet1) with columns such as customer, text, sentiment, score, topics, suggested_action.
• Alerts on negative sentiment: Checks whether sentiment is negative and, if so, posts a formatted message to a Slack channel (for example, #customer-alerts).
