n8n SEO Internal Link Finder: GSC + Sitemap + Claude connects your Google Search Console data with your sitemap crawl to map existing internal links, spot orphan pages, and generate high-confidence internal link suggestions—then logs everything to Google Sheets for review.

What this workflow does

• Runs on demand: Click Execute to start the workflow.
• Pulls SEO performance data from Google Search Console: Requests the last 90 days of page-and-query performance for your configured property.
• Crawls your sitemap: Fetches and parses your sitemap XML, extracts page URLs, and limits the crawl to your configured maximum number of pages.
• Builds an internal link graph: Crawls each page’s HTML, extracts internal links, and flags orphan pages (pages with no internal inbound links discovered in the crawl).
• Generates link recommendations with Claude (via OpenRouter): Sends the page list (including each page’s top queries and orphan status) to Claude to produce 3–10 internal-link suggestions with query-based anchor text.
• Validates and deduplicates: Removes invented URLs, enforces confidence and per-page caps, and flags links that already exist.
• Saves to Google Sheets: Appends each validated suggestion as a new row for tracking and implementation.
