Spot SERP layout changes every day—then get a Slack digest in one message

This n8n SERP Tracker workflow automatically captures above-the-fold Google results pages from a list of SERP URLs, compares them to your baseline screenshots using Snapshot Site, and posts a single daily Slack digest highlighting shifted layouts, stable SERPs, and any capture/compare failures.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 7AM on a schedule.
• Reads your Google Sheet Keywords tab to retrieve, per row: url, keyword, country, language, and baselineUrl.
• For each SERP URL, uses Snapshot Site to capture an above-the-fold screenshot using the specified country and language settings.
• Compares the new screenshot against the baseline image to compute a mismatch percentage and generates a diff link.
• If an API error occurs for a row, the workflow records it as failed and captures the error message.
• Builds one digest message that:
  • Lists shifted SERPs where mismatch is ≥ 10%, sorted by highest mismatch.
  • Includes failures with their error messages.
  • Posts an all-clear message when everything is stable.

• Slack: posts the single daily digest to your selected Slack channel.
• Workflow logic uses nodes such as if, set, code, and a Sticky Note for guidance.
