This n8n workflow pulls your employees’ timesheet CSV from Microsoft SharePoint, then automatically sends Outlook reminder emails to each employee for the previous month (CC’ing their manager). After sending, it clears the recipient-related columns in the CSV and uploads the updated file back to SharePoint.

What this workflow does

• Monthly schedule: Runs at 07:00 on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd calendar day of each month.
• Business-day guard: Checks whether today is the first business day (Mon–Fri) of the month; if not, it stops.
• Download & parse CSV: Downloads the employee CSV from Microsoft SharePoint and parses it into records.
• Build recipient list: Extracts name, employee email, and manager email, filters out incomplete rows, and prepares a previous month label for the email text.
• Send reminders: Loops through employees and sends a Microsoft Outlook email reminder to each employee, with their manager CC’d.
• Update & re-upload CSV: Clears the email-related recipient columns, converts the updated data back into CSV, and uploads it to Microsoft SharePoint.
