What this workflow does

• Runs every day at 7am to build a “yesterday” date window and prepare Shopify GraphQL queries.
• Retrieves yesterday’s Shopify orders via the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, using pagination to handle large order volumes.
• Retrieves the full Shopify product variant catalog (including price and cost per item) via Shopify Admin GraphQL API, also with pagination.
• Calculates profit metrics such as revenue, COGS, payment fees, and shipping costs to determine gross profit/margin.
• Flags potential profit leaks, including loss-making orders, unprofitable discount codes, low-margin sellers, below-cost variants, and missing costs.
• Uses OpenAI (GPT-4o) to generate a structured headline, key insights, and suggested actions based only on the computed numbers.
• Posts a formatted report to Slack and appends the day’s metrics to Google Sheets as a new row.
